I was a bit concerned with all the negative reviews. I may have made a good batch but after some trial and error I managed to get it right. Notched tips are quite brittle and if you apply too much pressure they will snap. The pair arrived with these cracked tips from the start. The packaging was good. Most of my mistakes were due to not getting the right temperature and time - since the instructions weren't included and all of these blanks have different requirements, I messed up 2 before I got it right. So it took my heat press 405 degrees for 6 minutes with medium pressure to get them out properly. It would be nice if the seller gave some recommendations regarding time, pressure etc. For example, the Cricuit Coaster takes 400 degrees in 60 seconds - it takes 6 full minutes. Overall I am very happy with my coasters, I have ordered more. I hope they are as good as the first batch. In my photo you can see that the stand on the left is cracked and broken off after the sublimation. The crack can be seen in the second photo. When I wiped it off, the chip fell off. The second stand (black lab) came out perfect. So I would recommend medium pressure, not heavy. My Paper ASub also recommends medium pressure. I hope this helps some of you trying to get it right.
