I used this on an old purse that looked awful (see before and after photos in customer pics). The bag had heavy jeans stains, everyday dirt, oil stains (don't know what caused them). Chamberlain's No. 2 took the most off! there are still a few stains and the oil stains will not be removed, but the stains have been installed for several months. Pros: It works! Removed old stains, did not affect finish. Lots of product. applicator included. Easy to use. Cons: I've never tried this (my downside). BONUS: I contacted the support team as I couldn't find the information. how to clean the reusable applicator; they responded quickly and cheerfully (FYI, to clean: cold water and soap/mild detergent and allow to air dry)
