My rating depends on the price of your size: around $15 (what I paid) is a bargain. If your size is around $50 (as many sizes are), it will give around 3 to 3.5 stars. Fits as expected and looks high quality. I'm giving it one star because it has no shoulder straps and no ID card holder (paid for the dry cleaners to do this for me). Very wrinkled when it comes out of the box (much more so than other similar shirts I've bought in the past) so I'll either learn to re-iron after washing or wash and starch in detergents.
