The product slides easily over the key. However, it doesn't fit snugly enough on the key fob when it's on. Also good luck trying to open a regular key ring so it now goes through the silicone and key fob. Chances are you won't have a problem if you have one of those aviation cable rings that twist together. Also, the locking button is now very recessed, almost too much. Finishes are good, just missing finishes. I wouldn't buy this again. However, it serves a purpose for those trying to keep the look of their keychain.
