When you first watch the video in the list, it seems easy. but by the time you receive the product you will have forgotten what was mentioned in the video. So watch the video. It is easy. It's fun to use. But it is difficult to install the tape. I used black DYMO replacement bands because they come with red ones. You can also buy MOTEX brand refills, but they are expensive. Just make sure the ribbon is installed properly by watching the video. The written instructions provided will not help. :D
