I was eager to attempt Freesmily for my most recent clothes and accessory needs because I am an active online shopper. My interactions with this store, however, have only been negative. First of all, the things I got were of poor quality. The clothes items I received did not resemble the images on the website, and the shoes I ordered were uncomfortable and poorly built. The necklace I received was also tarnished and appeared to be cheap. Second, the customer support was unresponsive and useless. I made numerous attempts to contact you on my problems with the products but never got a response. When I eventually did get a response, it was unrepentant and didn't offer a remedy. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality apparel, shoes, or jewelry to shop at Freesmily. The customer service is poor, and the products are not worth the money. Avoid the inconvenience by shopping somewhere else.
