I work in the medical field and only bought these for a project I'm working on, not because my hands hurt. First, the quality is bad. Second, if you buy them thinking they will relieve your arthritis pain, you will be disappointed. If you have arthritis in your hands, buy cotton/wool gloves about 3mm thick. Cut off your fingertips (from the last knuckle) so you can grab objects if necessary and your fingertips can hold objects. Apply castor oil to your hands before bed, then put on gloves just before bed. Take them off in the morning and then repeat them every night. For the first few nights, only apply castor oil until damp inside and DO NOT drip or soak. Then simply apply to hands once a week to maintain the saturation point. Your hands will feel a lot better in a couple of weeks or so. You will thank me in your heart.
