Bought for my wife who was complaining of broken shins. Her biggest complaint is always that the tape never stays on after shaving her legs, but professional kinesiology tape stays as advertised. It helped her heal her shin and increase her range of motion after a 1.5 hour workout with the cross-country team. It helped with pain when nothing else helped. I'm sure she will keep using it, easy to use too!
