Stand arrived with missing part, that they tell you to call for (DUH). The instructions were for someone who is not a novice, but has a parts engineers mind, and could not find the diameter of this online when ordering, and why, I do not know.Its way to big for a regular umbrella stand. Probably good for one of those gigantic oversized umbrella's, but not mine. Very irritating. I"m sending it back as I do not want to be on the phone or online for a 1/2 hour trying to get a part, that should have been in box to begin with.
