At the time of purchase I did a little research on the brand (and the company you know that makes a decent product) it was the best 40/60/100w three strip led , which equals 2700k. Bulb 2 pack for the price. *phew* hehe. This set of 2 has also outperformed many non-branded options. I see no reason to downgrade. Lightbulbs are great. The price was great. A little oddity about them is that there is a hole in the top that serves no purpose other than to collect dust for a decade of life. As far as I can tell, this is just part of the design. However, they have a good weight. I've noticed that the price of 3W LED bulbs from different brands fluctuates in a short period of time, which I've been tracking. I would like to point out right away that this review is based on opinion and price at the time of purchase. I would go with the Sylvannia variety I used to get because it used to be about $10 per bulb. When they added to their list, the price went up about six dollars! Instead, I found these Philips lightbulbs.
