If I could give the girl less than 1 star I would. Basically the car is fine. There are other machines that are just as good or even better. My problem is with the parent company EUFY. YOU WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS PRODUCT JUST BECAUSE IT WAS PURCHASED ON AMAZON. I had an issue with mine that was not covered by the normal warranty and have contacted eufy to see where I can send it in for repair, fully acknowledging that I am responsible for the cost of the repair. eufy told me they don't support my machine because it was bought through amazon. Her decision was to try and sell me a new car. I would advise buying a different machine from a different manufacturer. Yufi is Revane's less worthy partner.
