These soft curlers allow one person to sleep in them. My 6 year old daughter slept in it with them and she didn't complain at all. They are easy to style and won't take long to style your hair. It took me a minute to figure it out, but once I did it was easy and quick. It also comes off the hair easily. She has long hair and that length was perfect too. Her hair was dry but I dried her hair in curlers before bed and when she woke up before I took it off. Her hair is naturally wavy, but it added the definition we wanted and didn't make her look like the "curly suit" of the old pink foam rollers we used. I would definitely recommend them to any adult or child!
