It broke out of the packaging twice.
Although this is a genuine Kia part, the plastic tabs that hold the wiper in place are very fragile. One broke and was sent back and the replacement just broke, despite the wiper being treated with great care. After two of them don't work I'm looking for another option. This doesn't allow me to give a single star, so one is the lowest I can give.
