My husband works as a truck driver and often has to stay away from home for many meals a week. I cook a good, healthy meal for the rest of the family, put it in a container and freeze it. When he drives to work, he picks up 3 or 4 of these frozen meals to eat on the go. The food at the rest stop is ridiculously expensive and rubbish. With these containers, he can eat like he would eat at home all week long for the price of a meal at a truck stop. These containers are perfect for this cooker and its frozen food is ready to eat in less than 30 minutes. Warning. Lids are glued together. When packaging food, take extra care to use one lid per container. It's very easy to accidentally use two at the same time. That leaves you, like me, with about a dozen containers without lids. This is of course my fault and has nothing to do with the quality of the containers. I'm just trying to help you so you don't make the same mistake I did.
