Poor build quality and terrible customer service

I've had several Sonicare products in the past and always considered them the gold standard but no longer. I opened and used it a few weeks ago. problems began. First there was the battery. It lasted 4 days without charging, and secondly, the power button got very noisy. I installed the app on my Android phone and registered the toothbrush in the app. But when I called customer service, they asked me for all the information I had already entered into the app, including the serial number, which was very difficult to read on the bottom of the brush. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone before they sent me a replacement. I get the brush and the charging problem seems to be solved, but the power button problem is still a problem, very noisy. It takes 3 calls to customer service and a few follow up questions including resubmitting all my info and stuff to try something that doesn't work before I just give up. At the moment the toothbrush is lying unused in the drawer. Maybe I'll pick it up again in a month or two and see if I can fix the power button issues again. But for something that costs so much, I expect a higher level of quality and service. Very disappointing experience with them.
