Review on πŸ† DINNER WINNER: The Ultimate Kid's Dinner Solution by Fred by Bill Snyder

NOT a miracle cure per se, but a wonderful cure nonetheless!

My daughter is a picky eater to the point where I think she has sensory issues. In the first 4 years of her life, she ate less than 10 foods - no fruit, only one vegetable, and every time I forced her to try a new food, she threw up and vomited onto the table. My pediatrician told me to wait, but her diet was so unbalanced that she became physically ill and unable to defecate. Enter this record! I'll be honest - if your child has serious problems, this plate will NOT magically make those problems go away. I originally bought this record over a year ago and based on other reviews I expected it to work wonders. When my daughter got into the same fight as always, I put the plate away and forgot about it. However, about six months ago I made an effort to have all my children at the table eat the same meal every night. and she was no exception. I broke the record again and it took her almost three hours to "win" the game on the first night! The next night it took 2 1/2. However, we stuck with it and it took less and less time - she was adding a lot of nutrition to her diet too! We have a permanent list of products she likes and now she's happy to add them. I won't lie - she's still insanely picky and still makes herself choke trying new food! It also takes FOREVER to complete. But she's ahead of the world where she's been. I've also noticed that even when she "likes" something from me, she eats a little quicker and enjoys it more when it's served on this plate. She likes me to read each cell to her and she likes to choose her own prize to include in the prize. In short, if you have a REAL eating problem (as opposed to a mediocre picky toddler), this plate isn't going to be the ultimate solution to your lunchtime woes. However, it is a great tool to help you along the way.
