The most impressive thing about this software is how fast it can be downloaded, set up & used even without having any technical knowledge or background in IT system management tools like Microsoft Office 365! I have been using jivaSO for over 2 years now to manage my personal email address as well that of our small business (4 employees).

It has helped us save time by automating processes such tasks related with sending emails from your Outlook account into multiple folders which would otherwise take hours manually doing so via Gmail web interface etc., also saving me tons more precious work-time since i don't need go through all these steps every day when we send out mass mailings/emails regarding events at school /office where there are many recipients involved - instead everything gets done automatically within minutes once setup correctly!
