What I liked most about the product is the taste of the product, that's a part that helps it to keep from a 1 star product. It blends well enough but had a slightly chalky texture before working out. The price per serving is misleading. If I wanted to get a full clinical dose of B-Alanine, even though it's more of a filling product, I would need two scoops. Creatine is another satiety supplement, but just 1 scoop and you only get 1.25 grams? This is very small even for maintenance. Citrulline is the other part that contributes to it not being a 1 star product as it packs 3 grams in one scoop. This may be sufficient for some people. For me it got expensive and not worth the price of some products of similar offerings at a lower price and with much bigger portions. I felt fine with 2 scoops but can't help but wonder if they actually add B-Alanine to the product as I didn't feel any tingling at 3.2 grams unlike most other products.
