I chose this device because I understood why you spend so much money mainly on a water heater. It's very easy to set up and use and I've used it about 5 times for 4-6 hours. My biggest and really only problem with it is that after about 20-45 minutes it sounds like something is clicking in the device. It sounds like a fan or some moving part is hitting the side of the unit or something. To be honest I don't know and I don't feel like taking it apart as it still circulates water and keeps the desired temperature. He generally does exactly what he says, just very loudly.
