Practical in style and looks. Lever. While this offers good coverage, it's not a balanced feel. The bristles are well attached to the handle for durability, they have a soft/silky feel but are slightly stiff which does a good job of removing dust, dirt, shavings and more. . The bristles are made of artificial polypropylene (polypropylene = polypropylene, also called polypropylene), which are NOT flame retardant. I set fire to a very long bristle which quickly burned it up to the head of the bristle and caught fire = the tips melt when I blow the flame. So I wouldn't use it near hot objects. The brush I received had a few small dents and scuffs. It wasn't in any packaging, so it doesn't make a very good gift. I wanted it for general garage work. Bench brush it will be good for.
