Sturdy, strong, accurate and reliable
I've been using this thing in the kitchen for over a year and it eats up all the sauces and butter I put on it. It cleans very well and just works. I dropped it 3 times, no damage and no foul. It's also fun to compare the temperatures of different body parts of your guests after dinner.
