The product arrived promptly, there were no problems with the delivery. I find the earbud fits pretty well and isn't difficult to set up with my Android phone, but it turned off yesterday and for some reason I had to try multiple times to get my phone to find it. Not sure why and haven't done it since. The small size is convenient as it easily fits in your pocket and is invisible. but it's easy to make a mistake. I find that the device doesn't hold much charge and 1-2 calls of any length will drain it. People tell me my voice is weak. The same people I spoke to about the old bluetooth and it wasn't a problem. I will use it until I break it or lose it.
