I liked the sound quality, ease of use, battery life and the overall product. Then, two weeks after my return window closed, I took the handset out of the charger and it fell apart in my hand. It will not be taken back for a long time and will be unusable. I have a feeling this may be a weakness related to the case, but I can't get a response from the seller.

Wanted to buy a cheap bluetooth headphone to see how it fits, if it is comfortable and works well. I was content with all my problems. They contained additional buds of various sizes. Found a size that fits and is comfortable. performance was good. Easy setup and good range. The battery life was ok, 2-3 hours. The only problem, the volume was a bit low. The only problem was that I lost my headphones. I think I can't fault the seller so I'll have to order another one.

I already have 1 week. I only use it to make calls. I hear well in the office, others do too. It sits securely and never feels like it's going to fall out like some others. The talk-time battery lasts all day. I charge it at the end of the day no matter what, but when I plug it in there's always a charge left. Music fidelity is okay, but it's probably a battery killer. Ok, disclaimer: as far as noise cancellation goes, this is a one-ear product, you won't get 100% cancellation of ambient noise. I am so surprised at the quality of this product.
