Headphone case broke two weeks after the return window closed
I liked the sound quality, ease of use, battery life and the overall product. Then, two weeks after my return window closed, I took the handset out of the charger and it fell apart in my hand. It will not be taken back for a long time and will be unusable. I have a feeling this may be a weakness related to the case, but I can't get a response from the seller.
