Review on ALDKitchen Digital Chocolate Melting Pot Professional Tempering Machine With 3 Tanks - 27 Lb (12 Kg) Capacity, 110V 1KW by James Chandran

I recently received my chocolate melter and although it was sold as new, it was clearly used as there was chocolate residue and other sticky spots on top of the machine. The large protective bag the melter should have been wrapped in was simply laying on top on the machine and the Styrofoam packaging material was broken into small pieces and shoved between the melter and inside of the box to hold it in place. There were no instructions or user manual included either. For $210 dollars, I expected a new good quality product. I'm very disappointed! I gave it 2 stars because despite receiving it 5 days late, I was able to track the shipment and received regular updates from FedEx.
