I only gave 3 stars because the tip is not accurate. Strokes aren't as crisp as hairy thin strokes with the tip. It's more like a stain/fade, similar to being petted. I don't like this look, this look looks like you wore it all night, after a night on the town, dirty. It's waterproof after a few minutes of sitting. The end of the pencil is beautiful. I'll be back for the price I bought the NYX Microblade makeup pen for $11 it does the job perfectly except it's not waterproof. The NYX pen sometimes leaks, but I keep a tissue nearby during use and gently wipe the tissue during the process if it leaks.
