I like that they are very knowledgeable, have great customer service skills (which is hard to find these days), easy going people who listen well! They do not try to up-sell you things or charge too much money in their contract fees - just give them honest feedback about what your needs/wants from an automation solution provider can be met with their product line as opposed to another vendor's products. We currently use our software solutions primarily through Salesforce but we also utilize some of it at work internally so this was helpful when choosing which platform would best fit both environments.
