It's easy to work with and is durable. I used it to create a faux brick wall and it was peeling when I was putting the joint compound on it so it was quite annoying. I ended up having to slather a little bit on each strip where it was going vertical to create the brick separation to keep it from peeling when I applied the compound. Other than that, it served it's purpose. I have also added this to another wall (since I've invested in a 12 ct at this point), and the wall is bigger so I'm taking my time taping it. Parts of the tape are peeling already and I have to constantly go back and put it back in place. I'm not sure if I'll use this product again unless I have to. Like I said, it served the purpose but not without having to intervene constantly. Making faux brick is already hard enough, this was an unnecessary added stress. I hope they upgrade their "recipe" on the adhesive soon. It's hard to find 1/2 " painter's tape.
