Socks are only 70% cotton, with the rest being nylon (27%) and spandex (3%). You need to take a closer look at the product description, which I didn't do. I'm disappointed because I can buy 70% cotton socks at Target - the reason I searched online was because I wanted 100% organic cotton socks. Ultimately it's my fault, but the product description says "organic socks", so go for it. They are fairly ordinary and a bit thin.
