Better Than Nothing

These seat covers fit my 2003 Pontiac Montana (same as Chevy Venture) fairly well. They slip over the backs and seats fine. The problem is security them so they don't billow or pucker or slide around getting in and out of the vehicle. This is because the security loops - especially the ones toward the back - aren't really long enough to reach anything and attach. And the loops definitely aren't long enough to be all secured together underneath the seat using the included slotted disc. I used the disc to secure the front two loops under the front of the seats after looping them around a cross-bar a few times to take up the slack (then wouldn't reach anything else that would work), and I pulled the rear ones behind the lower seatback as far as I could and put them together with a bungee cord. They wouldn't reach anything else. Having said all that, my seat covers don't pucker too much and aren't moving around when I get in and out of the vehicle. So for 20 bucks and change for two covers, my cold leather seats with the broken seat heaters aren't as cold to sit on this winter. So, yep - better than nothing.

Pros
  • Helps prevent UV fading of seats
Cons
  • Material attracts pet hair easily
