Bought this ring on my hand, my fingers hurt a little at work. I did a lot of research and settled on this ring based on what I found and was recommended by a friend. To be honest I am very skeptical of such things and make big claims that it will help with arthritis pain. but I can say that there is a difference when I wear it and when I don't wear it.
