I bought 3 different types of bandages from different manufacturers. The BraceUP had the most room around my thumb and fit me perfectly. I am a woman with small hands. This brace has helped me with both my recent carpal tunnel wrist surgery and arthritis at the base of my right thumb. The other two types of braces were the EveShine (which is a bit shorter than the others) and the Juno Sports (it came with both right and left hand braces, although they looked the same). Only BraceUP had instructions (on the box) on how to wrap it. The other two braces had smaller thumb holes, which bothered me. They all made my hand/wrist sweaty which was annoying. BraceUP is a bit wider, which I liked. Hope this helps you with your decision. After the comparison image, below are photos of each bracket: BraceUP (front/rear); EveShine (Front/Back - Doesn't turn well if you have a big hand, better for a small hand) and then Juno Sports.
