It's embarrassing. Pictures are misleading.

Fairly comfortable and provides good wrist support. However, it only squeezes the wrist under your hand. From the picture it looks like it will fit like a glove but the part that goes over your thumb and wraps around the top of your hand gives your hand no support - that's why I bought this bandage , because I have a little bit of pain that starts at the wrist and spreads to the forearm, right where the bandage is in the photo. Also, the part around the thumb is uncomfortable and gets in the…

Affordable, comfortable wrap for light support

Not the best support but I knew what I was getting when I ordered the $6 wrist brace and didn't have too high expectations. So my expectations were fully justified. This brace is lightly supportive and quite comfortable when I just need an all day reminder to care for my wrist rather than a product that would immobilize it. I noticed that some negative reviews put the orthosis on backwards. You put your thumb in the hole and pull it BACKHAND and then wrap it, you don't put your thumb in the…

Easily supports hand and wrist braces

I've always had weak wrists. I don't have carpal tunnel, but I have a hard time keeping my wrists straight unless I'm actively checking. After half an hour of work or computer games, I inevitably find that my wrists are bent into an unhealthy position on the keyboard. These bandages help keep my wrists in a healthy position without sacrificing mobility. With them, you CAN bend your wrists in any direction - you just have to try a little. Ideal for people trying to avoid long-term wrist problems

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

WARNING about execution by seller-seller!

I bought a device and for what it is I think it's a bit expensive. However, you also pay for Prime (i.e. if you choose this buyer) and the product works as intended, so it is fair enough. If you don't like the logo, don't worry, it will easily peel off on its own after a few workouts. I decided on another one, only this time I was a bit tight on the price and ordered it from the cheapest supplier. Big mistake! I waited more than 1 month and when it arrived it was a different design and a big…

Comparison of bandages for medical supplies and equipment

I bought 3 different types of bandages from different manufacturers. The BraceUP had the most room around my thumb and fit me perfectly. I am a woman with small hands. This brace has helped me with both my recent carpal tunnel wrist surgery and arthritis at the base of my right thumb. The other two types of braces were the EveShine (which is a bit shorter than the others) and the Juno Sports (it came with both right and left hand braces, although they looked the same). Only BraceUP had…

Not for carpal tunnel or tendonitis

This product is advertised very misleadingly. When I received it I didn't realize that your arm is fully open and that there is no support on the inside of your arm above the wrist line. This device is not intended for people with carpal tunnel or tendonitis as it actually looks around your thumb and will get stuck and pull there while you wear it for support which can actually lead to even more injury. so I wouldn't do it. Recommend this to anyone who needs it for conditions related to tendons

Cons
  • Big and chunky

Good support: braces, splints and supports

I bought this splint to support my wrist after crocheting. When I crochet for a long time I start to get pain, numbers and weakness from movements. The effects lasted long after I stopped so I wanted to try and find something to improve and reduce the discomfort I was feeling. The orthosis itself is very soft and comfortable to wear. I have sensitive skin and hate being rubbed on anything that scratches me. I have no problem wearing a corset, even after a while. It doesn't really smell even if…

Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
