The taste is really not very good. Pretty soft and neutral even though I bought the vanilla. I have many other protein powders that I like better, but I wanted to try this one because it's new and unique. It's way too expensive to just be a protein powder with no added junk. My main con is that bits of sand fall to the bottom of the jar that never fully mix so the sand disappears. It does not make a very thick or creamy drink. I probably won't buy this again. For the price I want a great tasting grain free beverage and honestly I'm not looking forward to drinking it. I use it and maybe throw it away.
