Hanging out all the time

This thing works and doesn't work. It securely holds HDMI and USBC cables. But those damn screws loosen all the time. I have to keep catching up. And I leave the cords plugged in since the outlets are so weak. I also want the power cord to be taut as I also have cord issues. I think it's average.
