The system is user friendly, easy to navigate as well as upload documents within minutes of being received in our inbox! A few minor bugs can be addressed with ease but overall I have been pleased so far using this product for my job postings at work!! This application has helped me post jobs quickly AND easily which allows me more time for other projects/fun activities that are important too me as an employee or employer alike! It also makes it easier and quicker than posting through different sites which gives me peace of mind knowing everything is documented properly without any confusion when looking back months /years later to see previous applications submitted from applicants. My main concern was efficiency at first however the customer service team really did their best to address all issues swiftly. Now its just about getting used to how you use your phone rather then needing paper forms etc. As longas there's someone around willing to help if needed i am happy. Great solution especially for small businesses like mine where we need quick responses to multiple applicant needs (applicants who require references). Ease of access by both employers & employees. Quickly posts open positions available.EASY TO USE! The customer service is exceptional, they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. They make it easy for me to stay organized by keeping my schedule in one place online! There really isn't anything that I dislike about this app. It's very user friendly and makes scheduling workflows extremely simple. This has been an amazing experience so far, everything went smoothly! We use Motivity for our payroll and timekeeping needs as well as scheduling employees.
