Buying Chinese is usually like a bad box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get, but don't expect too much either. This time I was pleasantly surprised. Well packed in double corrugated cardboard. Hard molded foam. Including assembly tool. The directions are in Chinglish, of course, but still easy to follow. High-quality materials. Made exactly as I expected. This is where most reviews of this and similar products go astray. Do not expect 400 watts in wind speeds of 24 km/h or even 30 km/h. The performance chart is based on "ideal" conditions. Drop your expectations by 50% and you will be satisfied. Email customer support is great. Response within 24 hours despite significant time difference. A problem. It's probably a fake. In fact, all grinders made in China look identical to other much more expensive products. Longevity? Perfomance? Violation? Who knows?
