This is the third Invicta watch I have bought for my wife in so many years. As always, it came well packaged in a nice box and the carrying strap is always handy. But this watch was different in that it didn't work. After installing and pressing the crown, I contacted the support team, they were unable to contact Invicta. I thought about them and the previous Invictas I had bought. So I wrapped it up and took it to our jeweler. After replacing the battery it worked as it should. All in all, the Invicta watch is a great stylish watch and I highly recommend it.
