My favorite part about their team is that they are always willing to listen, provide great resources (best practices) when we have questions or need guidance in our product development projects! They understand what's important from an end-user perspective so it makes sense as well during my day job which involves working with clients who use these products daily at work everyday too - I am very impressed by how user friendly & easy this software package can be used in both situations because i'm able see why people choose them/use frequently enough after using just 1 demo account setup time ago!! Their customer support could improve but overall still good experience wtih Phoenix Media Software packages! Product usage tracking across multiple sites within your organization without having duplicate tools throughout different departments would save loads if not thousands in IT costs alone since each tool requires updates separately instead one centralized place saves lots money.
