Every Thursday morning I cook one dish for a 9X13 cake in one metal pan and dessert in another for the local doctor's office. Staff meeting at 11:30 a.m. I always plan to take food out of the oven at exactly 11am and immediately pack it into the bottom and top compartments of this carrier. My husband then runs to the doctor's office, which is next to his work. They are usually not ready to eat until around 12 noon. I was told it was "warm" but definitely not hot. What happened just an hour before it hit the host? I would have thought that after only an hour it would still be very hot and NOT just "warm". But when I got feedback on the temperature of the food it was too late to return it. I think it's beautiful, durable and the strap design on top is nice. BUT, if you don't eat within 90 minutes, don't expect the food to be warm.
