I bought these (2 packs of 2) for my son with special needs and daughter who has special needs. sweaty sleeper. The pillows were neatly packed in a plastic bag. They were not harmed in any way. They are quite soft which I think will serve my son well as he is bedridden and lies on pillows most of the day, the "plastic" plastic pillows rip soon after purchase from people who lie on them often. They fit more than easily compared to a standard pillow and a queen size pillow. Your pillowcase is easy to put on. The product seems quite well made, I hope they last a while. Worth the price, definitely recommend.
