I've tried so many QC compatible chargers and so many USBc cables, but I just can't get the specified charging current. Some well-known good combinations of power supplies and cables just won't connect to the charger, and the ones that work will always stay at 5V (as tested with a power meter) and never go to 9V. Bays 1-4 maximum output power on fast charge 500 mA, regardless of the current settings, bays 5-8 maximum at 250mA charging current with the same cable, the same 4 batteries. I like the convenience of being able to charge 8 batteries at once but wish it could achieve the advertised amperage. I like all the other parts of the charger. . Display layout, memory function, etc. are all great options. And the only reason I gave it a high rating is given its inability to deliver power, despite all the power supplies being capable of much more.
