First of all it's not brass. its plastic. It does not screw tightly into the shower water supply pipe. Water flowed out when the device was shaken. They asked for an order number so they could find an answer. I did it. Now their engineers need a photo and video of a $13 piece of plastic to find the answer. I think they want to see me get wet when I put the water on. Then they will probably ask me to send them the wet shirt I was wearing when it happened. I don't have to comply with the engineer's request. You simply answered all my questions.
