I have to tell you that the last time I bought a laptop it wasn't what they said it was older than dirt and didn't work and I spent close to $100 on it . It didn't show what the picture was, it was bad. I came here and bought this laptop and was very afraid that I would buy another one like the first one. When it arrived I was surprised that it looked the same and was everything it was. So I charged for 6 hours to have time to charge and power on. I was blown away and started using this computer and was very impressed with how good this laptop is. I know not everyone is going to have bad sales or stuff like I had about 2 years ago. But this seller gave me a super awesome computer that I don't use much because I want to keep it in good condition. My son used it 2 times, he is 7 years old and loves speed and stuff on youtube. I am very satisfied and will continue to buy laptops from this seller. Thank you for making me a happy customer.
