Does what it says on the tin. I replaced the CFL blocks in my van. I think it's great that you can switch from cold to warm light. In bright light, it doesn't glow as brightly as a fluorescent one. I love that they are dimmable so I can glow at night without glare. The device is slightly smaller than the previous one, so the original screw holes are visible. In addition, the padding on the ceiling shows where the original was located. I can use a small piece of wood or plastic as a mounting plate to hide it.
