3 stars because one of the lamps pressed the button to turn it on and the button fell off. The other light is still good. Except for the button on the other light, we really liked them, they look good, they give off really good light.

Stylish headlights and easy to fit. My dad showed me how to make one and I made the other 6 myself. I don't like the light peeking out from under the plastic, but I do like how close they are to the ceiling. And bright white or amber light options plus dimming options. I mean I ended up buying 4 more after trying the first 2.

Good lighting in the front cabin of my boat. The parts that cover the LEDs (glass diffuser and cover) can be easily dismantled when installing ceiling lights. I'm not sure why this part wasn't designed better as it should never be necessary to remove/take them apart. Either way, we recommend taping them in place or removing them during installation to keep them from falling on your face or the floor.

Does what it says on the tin. I replaced the CFL blocks in my van. I think it's great that you can switch from cold to warm light. In bright light, it doesn't glow as brightly as a fluorescent one. I love that they are dimmable so I can glow at night without glare. The device is slightly smaller than the previous one, so the original screw holes are visible. I bought two of these to test. Look what they did! You have three different levels of brightness in two color settings, for a total of six settings. The outer buttons toggle the brightness in two colors and the middle button is on/off. Works well once you get the hang of it, although it would be nice if you could easily tell which external button is which color. The brightest white setting isn't as bright as my old lamps, but they were too bright - too blinding. Perhaps that's a downside…

I have replaced the ceiling lights in my camper van with these lights and they are great. . . warm/cold light with 3 dimming levels each. They are not particularly easy to assemble with 6 very small screws, but they are worth it. However, they can only be turned on and off using the buttons on the headlights, and a separate on/off remote doesn't work. The lights remember the last setting, but seem to use a few milliamps for memory whether they're on or off, so I wouldn't recommend powering them

This light is a great replacement for your old RV light bulbs (your style may vary). 3 different brightness levels are sufficient and the color temperature is a good option. However, I have 2 significant problems with the light. 1. After installing the pad around the perimeter of the bracket where it attaches to the surface, there is still a leak (see picture). You're definitely skinny. But how important is that on a van ceiling, to be honest? In my opinion they are not subtle enough to make a difference. The main problem with them is that they are not that bright. They are much darker than my stock headlights. Adjust the darkness to the color temperature of the light, which is uncomfortable for both "warm" and "cold" colors. Warm colors don't really work. It's more of a sickly yellow than the warm "orange" you'd expect from this color temperature…
