Review on 🚐 Kohree Ultra-Thin 12V Led RV Interior Light: 2-Pack, 3-Level Dimmable, Camper Trailer Ceiling Dome Lights with Switch and Two-Color Temperature Combination by Ahmed Rowe

I have replaced the ceiling lights in my camper van with these lights and they are great. . . warm/cold light with 3 dimming levels each. They are not particularly easy to assemble with 6 very small screws, but they are worth it. However, they can only be turned on and off using the buttons on the headlights, and a separate on/off remote doesn't work. The lights remember the last setting, but seem to use a few milliamps for memory whether they're on or off, so I wouldn't recommend powering them from your RV's battery, especially if your RV long standing. Mine are wired in such a way that they only work when connected to the land grid.
