Cook your first meal with the 10-piece MSMK set. It is impressive. It's advertised as "Stick Made Non Stick" - and rightly so. The diamond and titanium non-stick coating makes cooking and cleaning super easy. It is recommended to season the set after washing. It is said to often flavor it. I made it with some olive oil, they recommend vegetable oil. At first I thought "this is going to be excruciating" but then I realized how much my other nonstick pans wear out and I end up using oil to keep them from sticking - which kind works. So if seasoning this new set will help extend life then I totally agree. We have an electric range and everything takes a long time to heat up, but I've found that this set conducts heat faster. The food slid right out of the pan onto the plate. It was easy to clean. Glass lids are a great addition! I recommend. great set
