I hesitated but bought them with the idea that throwing away $20 would be a good lesson on what NOT to buy if bottles existed. Shit. but these squeeze bottles were a pleasant surprise. They are strong, slightly flexible, do not leak, the mouth is wide enough to put ice cubes in, and the water inside has no unpleasant taste. Also, this stuff doesn't poison me like the regular bottles we used years ago. We keep the fridge full of these water bottles and just pop them in the dishwasher when they're empty. Now I think I need to order another set so I can gift to friends and family who also reuse "regular" PETE poison water bottles (1). UPDATE September 1st, 2019: I recently ordered a second set of bottles. because I kept giving away the bottles I ordered the first time to friends and family. It's actually a happy thing. :) An old set of 10 bottles had ONE broken on the ring from trying to screw the cap on too tight. my fault (And that was completely unnecessary since the bottles don't drip anyway.)
