Review on Actron CP7612 Battery Load Tester by Jason Stokes

This unit works well and is solidly built. The gauge is well labeled to indicate the status of the battery or charging system. Brackets are heavy. The only very small problem I have is with the management. It doesn't say that when you first plug it in, the meter will show battery voltage (which is good). At first I thought it might be a problem with the block. The resistance coil heats up very quickly when the load switch is switched. Be prepared, it's normal. Hold the switch down only long enough to read the meter (less than 10 seconds). Highly recommended.
